Comfort Inn & Suites North Aurora - Naperville

The entire front desk staff is very professional and very welcoming. Lidia, Sam, Peter are just fantastic. I was at this location due to a vehicle breakdown and had to stay 8 days. Lidia made me feel as if I was coming home after having been away for awhile. THANK YOU! Just 2 very small complaints, please put a hook or two and a towel bar at the sink, and water pressure sucks. That said, the price for the area was very good for a nice, clean room. The lady handling the breakfast area kept it well stocked in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was probably the best motel I've ever slept in in my life I absolutely loved it you will too The breakfast was wonderful and the people are great I really enjoyed my stay here and I know you will as well I don't suggest you eat at Banderas which is a barbecue place across the way it was $16 for one sandwich !!!! unbelievable!!!!

The room was extremely clean, actually cleaner than what I was expecting. Hotel staff friendly and informative. Very quiet considering the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. If you book/reserve online you can get the room $30 cheaper. ( highly recommended ) even if you reserve online and pay at the property FREE HOT BREAKFAST not just cereal & microwave mini bagels Will most definitely stay again - highly recommend if in the area

The room was comfortable, the front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for our event, making our stay even more convenient. Your generous hospitality truly made our trip special, and we are grateful for all the care and attention you provided.

The rooms were very clean, the service was good. There is a 150 deposit that you need to ask to get refunded when you check out. Right off the expressway. Very convenient. They serve breakfast.

Overall, the hotel and rooms were nice. The front staff personnel were friendly. They allowed my Mom and I to stay on the first floor although that floor is mainly reserved for people with pets. The hotel charges a $100 incidental fee which was a surprise! The breakfast lacked a good selection and the cereal was horrible! Meat was pork. Eggs lacked flavor. Waffles (original & blueberry) were delicious. Need other menu options. Not impressed with the breakfast! The lobby couch pillows could use some new pillows as they were all squished up. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Didn’t care for the sink being outside the bathroom but oh well.

I'm a truck driver from Texas and was in the area and needed a place to stay for the night. This place offered truck parking and the rooms are extremely nice, clean and comfortable. The lady in the front desk was very polite and even came outside in the cold and rain to guide me around the parking lot. Definitely a place to stay. 5 star Plus

We booked a friend into this hotel with a check in late in the evening. We were greeted by Sam at the front desk and she was so helpful and kind. We needed help booking an extra night and she took wonderful care of us. She's wonderful and we really enjoyed meeting her. Thanks Sam!
